BE CAREFUL OF ANOTHER ERA OF INCOMPETENTS LEADERS

As far as it goes, isn't really a matter of political views, you can have horrendously controversial ideas and be very efficient at carrying them out as a leader. The "quality" of a leader, has to be healthy sound and with good blueprint to carry out his task (Health nowadays is the most essential factor to look at in quality of leadership, competence and honesty. honesty is a defined here as a basic sort of resistance to bribes, kickbacks and cronyism, competence, can be seen in this aspect as the skill to identify the appropriate policy objectives and achieving them at minimum social cost."

Though we may imagine that  the APC candidates lacks these qualities being mentioned but some people keep on pushing him just because of cake being covered by him,(Money). People are more likely to elect leaders widely seen as incompetent especially in our dear nation just because of (indomie, spaghetti, or 500, or even less than this)when they feel that the previous one personally betrayed them.

But while many of us feel that incompetence is preferable to an administration that is able to effectively execute policies that we disagree with, according to evidence from political science " incompetent political leaders impact more than just the top stories on the evening news"

Infrastructure And Key Systems Suffer

If you're going to try to run a country properly, you need to be an expert at collecting viewpoints, appointing experts and sifting through them to produce effective and well-judged policy objectives that might actually work. In the absence of that sort of expertise, chaos can reign and that can have real costs for the underlying infrastructure and priorities of a country. That's the problem we face in the past 8 years and still some of our people keep on pushing a leader that lacks 89% of competency just because of the looted money that he can not express himself where he rise them let be frank and talk the truth most of the northern leaders who supports this candidate, they support him not because of anything rather because of his uncomfortable dollars that covered him.

At its worst, incompetent leadership can mean the erosion of the things that keep a country grinding on day after day.

Corruptions Becomes A Severe And Costly Issue

Incompetence can, often, not be easily disentangled from malevolence or intentional gaming of the system. Even in the best-case scenario, though, an incompetent leader in a country with wealth and assets to spare may be unable to enforce the checks and balances that keep a country corruption-free. This is a higher of a problem in places like our dear country Nigeria where legal systems operate largely independent of the political system and the vast bureaucracy of economic regulation isn't personally appointed from the top, but it's still a concern.

The  precise relationship between good governance and corruption in politics around this country of ours is commonly accepted that they go hand-in-hand. corruption-free as it gets better governance, when can we implement such in this country. incompetence or inexperience in a leader raises the possibility that corruption can start to develop (or flourish from small beginnings) in other levels of government, thanks to bad oversight, poorly qualified candidates in positions, nepotism, a failure to understand proper procedure. corruption of any type has a lot of costs for a country, from making doing business more expensive to wasting resources and eroding public, bad governance can create a vicious cycle of corruption, poverty, and unemployment that leads, in turn, to a rise in violence.

Incompetence creates scandal, gaffes, offense, and a cycle of denial, apology and anger that creates the genuine issue of distraction.

An incompetent government may well be its own worst enemy, but it's also the enemy of public focus and informed opinion; the government itself, and other people with less-than-savory motives, can use the confusion to advance their own agendas out of view.

The Population Lowers Its Expectations Humans are great adapters. It's one of the key ways in which we've become so dominant as a species. However, when it comes to incompetent leaders and administrators, that can work against us. In an environment in which the head of a country appears not to know the most basic acts of office, the appearance of competence at any point will be met with the congratulations a more qualified politician would receive for the most difficult achievement of their administration.

An incompetent leader lacks trust and hence, ends up micromanaging and giving a tough time to his team members.

May Allah the Almighty make a better people to role this country and bring back the the image of Nigeria as it's back then in the 199,s. People have to Open up carefully to elect people that competent trustworthy and healthy, Ameen.

Amb Sanusi Muhseen Harun.

By Abdullahi Abdulhafiz Aliyu In today’s fast-changing digital landscape, access to technology is no longer a luxury—it is a necessity. Yet, for millions of Nigerians, especially people with special needs, the digital world remains out of reach due to systemic barriers and a lack of inclusive learning opportunities. My work as a journalist and digital advocate has focused on breaking these barriers, ensuring that technology serves as a tool for empowerment rather than exclusion. Through my engagement with individuals with disabilities and as the host of Duniyar Fasaha (Fasaha World) on Unity FM, I have worked to bridge the digital divide by providing foundational digital education to marginalized groups. By introducing people with special needs to basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet navigation, I have witnessed firsthand how technology can unlock new opportunities and transform lives. Reps Approve Tinubu’s Emergency Rule Request for Rivers State

The House of Representatives has approved President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s request to impose a state of emergency in Rivers State following heightened political tensions and security concerns. The decision, made during a plenary session on Wednesday, comes after weeks of instability in the oil-rich state, where political clashes and reports of pipeline vandalism have raised national security concerns. Why the Emergency Rule? The crisis in Rivers State stems from an ongoing power tussle between Governor Siminalayi Fubara and state lawmakers, a situation that has escalated into widespread unrest. Reports also indicate that increased incidents of oil theft and pipeline vandalism are affecting Nigeria’s economic stability. President Tinubu, in his emergency rule proclamation, suspended Governor Fubara and other elected officials, appointing retired Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas as the military administrator to oversee the state’s affairs.
